English Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of public school principals in the Education Directorate, the Bani Ubaid Brigade, in enhancing intellectual security among students from the teachers' point of view.
The study community consisted of all teachers of government schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education in the Bani Ubaid District, for the academic year (2019/2020), and they numbered (1270) male and female teachers, where a simple stratified random sample consisting of (300) male and female teachers was chosen.
To achieve the aims of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data.
The results of the study showed that the role of principals of public schools, the Bani Ubaid brigade in enhancing intellectual security among students from the teachers ’point of view, came at a high degree.
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the mean of the responses of the study sample individuals in their appreciation of the role of government school directors in the Education Directorate General Bani Obaid in enhancing intellectual security among students from the teachers point of view due to gender variations, educational qualification, and years of experience, In light of these results, the study recommended several recommendations, the most prominent of which is that the Ministry of Education opens the door for employment for young cadres and recent graduates because they have the same intellectual, cognitive and technological convergence, and the need for school administrators and teachers to pay attention to involving students in
