Our research paper addressed the title of the jurisdiction of the administrative judiciary in agricultural real estate investment disputes, with the aim of knowing to what extent according to the Algerian legislator the activation of administrative exclusion control over real estate through his consideration of agricultural real estate investment disputes? .

Through this study, we reached results that were as follows: - That the jurisdiction of the administrative judiciary is determined in disputes in the investment of agricultural real estate based on the organic standard as a supplementary exceptional standard.

- The photo of the cases brought before the administrative judiciary in connection with the disputes of agricultural real estate investment are illustrated by a copy of the lawfulness lawsuits or a copy of the full judicial cases that are related to the latter except for the administrative courts.
