تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى ظاهرة الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى عمال قطاع الصحة حيث تم استهداف مستشفي و اد الزناتي كعينة للدراسة وقد تم توزيع استبيان لعمال قطاع الصحة حيث تم التركيز فقط على الطاقم الطبي دون الطاقم الإداري وذلك لأن الطاقم الطبي هو الأكثر تعاملا مع المرضى وعائلاتهم و باستخدام البرمجية الإحصائية SPSS تم تحليل نتائج الاستبيان وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أكثر العوامل التي تؤدي إلى الاحتراق الوظيفي في العينة محل الدراسة هي: توقيت العمل الالتزامات الأسرية عدد ساعات العمل الأعباء الاجتماعية و الأخلاقية أمام المرضى و أهاليهم توقيت العطل قلة الحوافز المادية و غياب معيار محدد لتقييم الأداء
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the main functional burn factors among health sector workers at Wad Al-Zanati Hospital by distribution of a survey to the sector, focusing only on medical staff without administrative staff, because this is most in touch with patients and their families.
Using SPSS statistical programming the analysis of the results of the questionnaire showed that the factors most involved in a functional combustion in the study sample are: working time, family obligations, number of working hours, the social and moral costs to patients and their families, the holiday calendar, the lack of material incentives, the lack of criteria for evaluating performance.

Cette étude vise à identifier les principaux facteurs de combustion fonctionnelle chez les travailleurs du secteur de la santé à l'hôpital Wad Al-Zanati par distribution d'un sondage au secteur, axé uniquement sur le personnel médical sans le personnel administratif, parce que ceci est le plus en contact avec les patients et leurs familles.
En utilisant la programmation statistique SPSS l'analyse des résultats du questionnaire a montré que les facteurs les plus impliqués à une combustion fonctionnelle dans l'échantillon d'étude sont: la durée du travail, les obligations familiales, le nombre des heures de travail, les charges sociales et morales face aux patients et leurs familles, le calendrier des vacances, le manque d'incitations matérielles, l'absence de critère d'évaluation des performances.
