Egypt embraced many of its immigrants from other countries in the Mamluk period (648-923 Ah/1262-1516 AD), and in all its social categories, many of its immigrants from other countries, Among them are Moroccans from Morocco and Andalusia, scholars, pilgrims, voyagers, settled immigrants and others, and in order to include these in society and keep them away from feeling strangers, they contained the hands and hearts of scholars and sultans and the general people of Egypt in an atmosphere of intimacy and love that made them love the land of Egypt and its people.

Moroccans in Egypt have lived their lives in the same way they used to in their home countries, but have also contributed to the transfer of some of their social customs and traditions to Egypt, given the status they have in all categories of Egyptian society, which has provided them with an atmosphere that has helped them to interact with the new society.

The research was divided into an entrance and three sections, the first included the place of Moroccans among Egyptian scholars, especially scholars and pupils, and the second section included their place among the Mamluk sultans through a number of positions that brought moroccans together with the Mamluk sultans, and the third section presents their place among the general Egyptians through highlighting the honored interest that the Moroccans received there.
