Abstract EN

This study seeks to read a religious political rhetoric produced by a prominent scholar of the Shia sect (the investigator al-Karaki) in a historical period known by the transformations and political changes that changed the map of the Shia region, represented by the era of the establishment of the Safavid state during the tenth century AH.

New to the activity of this political man to reveal his role in establishing a moderate discourse of a doctrine that was adopted by the Safavid state and spread in Persia.

The study was divided into two topics, the first one is interested in reading the political activity of the Karaki investigator during the reign of Shia Ismail al-Safawi, founder of the Safavid state.

And religious, and the other topic worked on reading the political role of the Karaki investigator during the reign of Shia Tahmasb al-Safawi, and he showed the breadth of political activity and the expansion of the area in which the Karaki investigator used to move politically, especially after the head of power at the time, Tahmasb, granted him olute powers through the issuance of official royal decrees that he enjoyed after The investigator al-Karaki had a socio-religious and political authority that dominated all the regions of Persia.
