المواطنة تعتبر أحد المفاهيم التي أضحت تستخدم بشكل واسع في عصرنا الحالي كما أنها مفهوم مستحدث لهذا اختلف الدارسون في تحديد مفهومها و أبعادها كما اختلفت التطبيقات المتعلقة به تستهدف هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة الإشكالات التي يثيرها مفهوم المواطنة سواء تلك المتعلقة بالشبه بينه و بين مصطلحات قريبة منه أو بسبب الأبعاد الكثيرة التي يتميز بها مفهوم المواطنة قياسا على غيره من المفاهيم كما تستهدف محاولة البحث في الأساس القانوني لمفهوم المواطنة وذلك عن طريق دراسة بعض القوانين المهتمة بتجسيد هذا المفهوم.
نستهدف الوصول إلى تحديد مفهوم حول المواطنة انطلاقا مما ورد في التشريع الجزائري
Abstract EN
Citizenship is a concept that has become widely used in our time and is an updated one, so that scholars have different concepts and dimensions, and the applications related to it are designed to examine the problems raised by the concept of citizenship, whether those related to the like of a similar term.
The concept of citizenship is also designed to try to examine the legal basis of the concept of citizenship by examining some laws that are interested in the embodiment of the concept.
We aim to define a concept of citizenship based on Algerian legislation.
