Whith the aggravation of the phenomen of migration, it became impossible to overlook this phenomen in the humanitarian identity, particulary in the light of the violations withnessed by migrants as they face complexities punctuated by degrading and humiliating situations after exposing their lives to rises and death boats seeking a desired paradise.

The inevitable result is millions of migrant who do not have any legal documents that justifies their presence in the state to which they have migrated, what makes the problem more complex is the fear of western countries that the presence of migrants adversely affects the social patter of their populations, as a result of the overlapping between the phenomen of migration anf the tendence of crimes in the view of those countries.

They associate between the presence of migrants and the agrgravation of crimes in an arbitrary and not well as the dominance of security obbession in the western countries while dealing with this issue.

This is manifested clearly when dealing with arab or musilm communities who are suffering from exclusion and marginalization.
