الأصل في التجارة، والأسواق الحرية، باعتبار أن قوى العرض والطلب هما المحددان الأساسيان للثمن-السعر-لأن المتعاملون الاقتصاديون داخل السوق ليسو في كفة واحدة، ومنعا لطغيان أحدهما (المحترف) على الآخر (المستهلك)، وجب على الدولة أن تتدخل لتضع أسعارا لبعض السلع وفي بعض الحالات، لمنع استغلال الحرية من البعض للإضرار بالبعض الآخر.
Abstract EN
The principle in trade and markets is freedom, considering supply and demand the only determinants of price because economic actors are not of the same opinion and to avoid the influence of one (professional) on the other (consomateur), the state must meddle in fixing the prices of certain goods and limit this freedom from one another.
