E42 - G21In the light of the new current changes, and as a result of the increasing and accelerating use of information and communication technology and its impact on all economic life aspects, especially the banking sector, it was necessary for Algerian banks to apply a banking culture that takes into account the banking update and modernization, and keep pace with development taking place to reach challenges and potential risks level for modernizing the banking system.

Accordingly, they have created several projects and adopted a set of important reforms to improve this sensitive sector due to its great importance in developing banking transactions.
