The intention of the conciliation in the financial contracts was set out not only to cut the conflict and end rivalry according to the methods provided by the Islamic law.

Indeed, the reconciliation in financial matters is one of the forms of conciliation that was advised by Sharia.

Many people are not aware of various implications of conciliation except what achieves the mutual consent between the litigants only without considering the consequential provisions, which must be adhered by, and verifying its legitimate necessities.

This study aims to show the effect of financial receiving in the conciliation contract in the Islamic jurisprudence.

The study deal with the concept of financial receiving, the concept conciliation: its ruling and types and the effect of the conciliation when notables and debts are recognized.

The study has also handled the conciliation after attempts of rejection or silence, and concluded with the preliminary findings.
