Abstract EN

Despite the importance and necessity of sustainable development for human well-being and the continuation of this luxury for future generations, they still differ on the subject of this development and its goals and frameworks.

This study aims to clarify the various concepts that sustainable development has been subjected to and its basic pillars from the scientific and Islamic side.

The study concluded that there is the same viewpoint from the scientific and Islamic perspectives on the dimensions of sustainable development, and the countries of the world must work with the concept of it in order to preserve our planet.
