تطرقنا في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أحد اهم الوسائل و الاساليب لإدارة و تحسين مردودية الانفاق العام في الجزائر ألا و هو حوكمة المال العام و الرقابة عليها لأن مشكلة سوء استخدام الموارد المتاحة و استغلالها لأغراض لا تخدم المصلحة العامة من أهم المشكلات التي يواجهها عالمنا المعاصر.

In this research paper, we discussed a study of one of the most important means and methods for managing and improving the cost-effectiveness of public spending in Algeria, which is the governance and control of public money, because the problem of misusing available resources and exploiting them for purposes that do not serve the public interest is one of the most important problems facing our contemporary world.
