Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the extent to which climatic information can be used to guide irrigation processes for agricultural products in order to benefit from natural conditions such as rain, heat and humidity necessary for the maturity of these products and to operate the available irrigation equipment when necessary.

This study concluded that the proposed irrigation alarm system could be adopted by the National Office for Irrigation and Water Drainage in Algeria, or the farmer could rely on himself to look at a site that provides information about weather conditions in order to take the necessary measures to operate the irrigation equipment or not.
