Arabic Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة الإمام الطحاوي في كتابه " شرح معاني الآثار " الذي يعد ثروة علمية كبيرة في المذهب الحنفي، الما حواه من مسائل قهية كثيرة في العديد من الموضوعات، حيث برزت أهمية الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على مخالفات الإمام الطحاوي للإمام أبي حنيفة في موضوعي الصيام والحج .
و تحدثت الدراسة عن الإمامين : أبي حنفيه، و أبي جعفر الطحاوي من حيث : ترجمة لحياة ونشأة كل منهما، و مؤلفاتهما و آثارهما الفقهية، و بيان الآراء الفقهية للإمام أبي حنيفة ومخالفة الطحاوي له، و الأدلة التي استند إليها الإمامين، في عدد من مسائل الصيام و الحج و المتمثلة في نية الصوم، و صيام يوم السبت، و الزيادة على التلبية، و التطيب عند الإحرام، و ركعتا الطواف في الأوقات المنهي عنها بعد الصبح و بعد العصر، و الآذان و الإقامة للجمع بين صلاة المغرب و العشاء في المزدلفة، و حكم دخول سكان المواقيت و ما دون المواقيت الحرم، و حكم تحلل المحصر في الحج و العمرة .
English Abstract
The study dealt with Tahawi and his book "Explain the meanings of archeology", which is a great scientific wealth in the Hanafi school because it contained many doctrinal issues in many topics, where the importance of the study highlighted the irregularities of Imam Tahawi of Imam Abu Hanifa in the subjects of fasting and pilgrimage.
The study talked about the two Imams: Abu Hanafeh and Abu Ja'far alTahawi in terms of: Translation of the life and origin of each, and their writings and their jurisprudential effects, and the statement of jurisprudential views of Imam Abu Hanifa and contrary Tahawi him, the violation of Tahawi to Abu Hanefeh, and the evidence upon which the two imams, in a number of issues of fasting and pilgrimage : The intention of facting , Fasting on the Saturday, the increase in the Talbiyyah, put perfume during ihram, rak'ahs of tawaaf in the times that are forbidden after morning and afternoon, ears and iqaamah to combine sunset and the Dinner 'prayers in Muzdalifah؛ Ruling on entering residents of the timings and below the timings of the Haram and Ruling of confinement the blockade at pilgrimage and 'omra'.
