The changing circumstances of competition require business organizations to integrate and adapt to the new realities of the global environment, and the adoption of administrative approaches and creative thinking patterns embodied in strategic intelligence, whose dimensions have changed from an information management system internally and externally to the total qualities and characteristics of the leader, which allows him to adopt new ideas and find new strategies and innovative competitive methods.

The aim of the article is to show the role of strategic intelligence and its characteristics in adopting modern strategic concepts, especially the blue ocean strategy, which is the latest strategies and methods of modern intellectual competitiveness of organizations seeking excellence and out of the environment of conflict into new spaces of activity and excellence.
