The aim of the study was to determine how organizational change has affected employee empowerment at The Taxes Center in Skikda, In this study, we addressed the basic concepts of organizational change and empowerment of workers.

The study tool consisted of a 47 paragraph questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of 40 workers from the 45-worker community of study.

We have achieved a high degree of organizational change and empowerment; there is an impact on organizational change on the empowerment of the employee at The Taxes Center in Skikda.
