This research work aims to try to analyze the rigidity of the Islamic Waqf in Algeria by taking note of the various factors and reasons why the waqf institutions in Algeria are failing to achieve an experience to be followed in Muslim societies, as this paper discusses mechanisms Activating the Islamic Waqf in Algeria, by introducing a set of mechanisms that are in line with the reality of the Waqf in Algeria, as well as can be applied in the field.

From here, the following research problem can be raised: what are the appearances of the stalemate in algeria's jurisprudential institutions? What are the mechanisms by which the role of the Islamic Endowment can be activated in achieving sustainable development and promoting the national economy?
