Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to shed light on the field of work in the Algerian work environment and to trend directly to the creative individual in order to put a framed view on the Algerian worker.

We aim to link the theoretical literature to the reality of Algerian organizational structures by studying the status of the amuri complex using the questionnaire tool and analyzing its data by the analytical program SPSS where we found that the individual is not directed and invest his energies in q positive way, and is subject to a work environment codified by the evasion of responsibility and the concentration of power and non-risk and routine and work by the usual lever vaults in front of new and diversification with an increasing desire to holders of power to stick to the roil chair and the consequences of the influence and the rule of shed and on this basis were presented some proposals that allow the development of creative capacities in proportion to the merits of the Algerian working environment.
