Abstract EN

The role of Phonetics doesn't confine on just spoken language but also on written one.

This is mainly due to the Importance of writing in putting new Alphabet or writing system of language which have not been written yet.

from one hand and fix those systems that fail to full fil their purposes from the other hand.

Arabic language is among languages which suffer from deficient writing and sincere expression of what is happening in the pronunciational and practical side of some sounds which are called: ̏phonetic variations ̋ or ̏sounds subsection ̋.

we are going to show in this article– after the distinction between the sound, the letter and between the phoneme, the allophone– the most phonetic variations which are allocated to written symbols, spotlight on the effort of the Algerianlingual researcher, the owner of "The Neo khalilian theory " and" the project of the lingual supply " and the holder of the King Faissal prize of literature and science"Abd-errahman Elhadj Salah "- Allah's mercy-noting the principles which he depended on, and the goals to be achieved answering on the following problematic: -To what extent can phonetics express about these variantsof sounds in its both sides mental and articulative? -Can reader and speaker recognize the mechanism of voting and teaching through both verbalism and registration? We also aim to monitor plugins and prove scientific antecedence in this Arabic field.
