In this paper I argue that foreseeing the future of international relations is important in both theoretical and practical terms.

Policymakers desperately need such analyzes that are useful in shaping their countries' foreign policies and protecting national security from potential future threats.

In this context, the subject raised a lot of scientific and intellectual debates, especially in terms of the effectiveness, accuracy and ability of prospective methods to identify potential futures, which has brought the debate back to the scientific basis for the forecasting of international relations, Especially in the 70s.

At that time, foreseeing the future of international relations was an arena of intellectual debate between different scientists in international relations, these scientists are from different theoretical schools, This confirms the conceptual and substantive evolution of the forecasting in order to reach the " scientificity".
