إن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تبيين الآليات القانونية التي رصدها و نص عليها المشرع الجزائري لحماية الشهود و ذلك من خلال دراسة القوانين الموضوعية و الإجرائية الجزائرية التي تنص على هذه الآليات و لهذه الدراسة أهمية كبيرة راجعة للتهديدات التي أصبح يعاني منها الشهود في أنفسهم و أموالهم و عائلاتهم بمناسبة شهادتهم في قضايا معينة سيما في قضايا الجرائم الخطيرة كجرائم الفساد و الجريمة المنظمة
Abstract EN
This study aimas to show the légal mechanisms That the Algerian législature monitored and stipulated to protect witnesses, by studying the objective and procedural laws of Algeria That stipulât these mechanisms.
This study is of great importance due to the threats That witnesses in themselves, their money, and their families have suffered on the occasion of their testimony in certain cases, especially in cases of serious crimes such as corruption and organized crime,
