سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز دور مقاربة الأمن الإنساني في مواجهة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية و سنتطرق إلى أهم أسباب هذه الظاهرة و مؤشراتها في الجزائر معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف هذه الظاهرة و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه لابد من وضع و تنفيذ استراتيجية وطنية تركز على معالجة النقائص ذات العلاقة بالواقع المعيشي للمواطن
Abstract EN
We address through this paper, the role of the Human Security Approach to face the phenomenon of illegal emigration.
Using an analytical approach, we investigate this phenomenon and discuss its main causes and indicators in Algeria.
One of our most important outcomes, is the necessity to develop and implement a national strategy to overcome the shortcomings related to the living conditions of the citizens.
