This research aims at shedding light on the vision of "Saleh Belaid" and his position on the homeland and the digitization of the Amazigh language in Algeria; Where it is sometimes considered a language of its own and has the right to demarcation and resettlement, and developed a group of dialects competing for the Arabic language and threatened to national identity.
