algeria is moving gradually towards the digitization of various administrative transactions to achieve e-administration - there is no doubt that this will save a lot of time effort and money for both the administration and the citizens, however while trying to secure these transactions e-administration may face many challenges in combating computer crimes, therefore this article will deal with two main categories of these crimes.

In this research, we will address two essential categories of these crimes: the first concerns crimes affecting automated data processing systems within the administration (article 394 bis et seq.

Of the penal code).

The second concerns crimes relating to both electronic signature and ratification used by the administration, in accordance with Law 15-04 on electronic signature and ratification.
