Since the eighties, privatization has become a major component of the global economic reforms.

The main objectives of privatization consists of reducing the government's financial burden and its role in the economy, the efficiency and the performance of state owned enterprises.

This paper examines a conceptual framework for analyzing the impact of privatization on the financial performance of Algerian enterprises after privatization, By examining the status of the Eurasian hotel, which was privatized in 2000, by comparing the financial performance of the institution before the privatization of three years and the financial performance after the privatization of three.

In this research, we found that the financial performance indicators improved after privatization.
