Abstract EN

The main goal of this study is to know the role of the use of intranet portals to support the knowledge management processes in Algeria Telecom company.

from this role we want to clarify the impact between the independent variable “portals of intranet” and the dependent variable “ processes of knowledge management”; the latter variable contains four dimensions that are: creation of knowledge, storage of knowledge, sharing of knowledge, and application of knowledge.

But in our research we just focussed on two process “creation and application of knowledge”The field of research was done on Algeria Telecom company in the M'sila, we relied on a quantitative study, we used the questionnaire as a main research tool for collection and analysis of data and information.

This study was applied on a random sample consist 100 employees.

The data was analyzed by using the SPSS program.

The final results of the research showed that there is an impact of the use of intranet's portals on knowledge creation, and knowledge application.
