Family companies contribute to creating and diversifying sources of our economy and develop wealth resources to ensure their position in different markets.

This research comes to study the measurement of the competitive of a family business by applying the principles of governance, and a questionnaire was designed for this purpose, which included the most important factors of governance and performance.

The sample of the study consisted of two respondents from the officials and workers of the El Moghit clinic in the wilaya of Saida.
