This study aims to define the concept of marine broker due to the expansion and spread of the services provided by brokers at the present time, especially in the maritime field, its obligations and responsibility, and we have adopted an analytical approach commensurate with the nature of this subject as we have reached important results through this study, particularly in the quality of efforts made by the marine broker in order to achieve direct communication between people who wish to contract, as well as to provide the required expertise and efficiency in order to achieve speed in the performance of various operations.
