One of the most important aspects of the secondary education teacher preparation crisis is the apparent decline in the outputs of general education, and secondary education in particular.

The educational process is an integrated system, within which the educational stages interact.

The outputs of pre-university education are transformed into inputs for university education, and the outputs of university education are transformed into direct and indirect inputs for secondary education.

This means that the university's problems in general and the colleges of education in particular start from the educational system.

In the previous stages, there is a big gap between the inputs and outputs of the Faculties of Education.

To overcome this gap, this study came and aimed to answer the following two main questions: 1.

Know the attitudes of the professors of the Faculty of Education at Al-Mustansiriya University towards the two systems of preparation (integrative - consecutive) for its students.2.

The statistical differences are known by the attitudes of the professors of the College of Education at Al-Mustansiriya University towards the two preparation systems (integrative - consecutive) for its students according to the professor's specialty (scientific - humanitarian).

Years of university service.

(Less than 15 years - more than 15 years).

The community of this research is determined by university teaching staff at the College of Education - Al-Mustansiriya University on the morning and evening staff for the academic year (2018-2019), and the researcher chose from them a random sample of (200) teaching and teaching members.

In order to obtain the necessary data to analyze the results, a measure of university professors 'attitudes towards the two preparation systems (integrative, consecutive) (for student-teacher) was built.

And by using statistical methods (the T-test for one sample, the T-test for two independent eyes, and the Pearson correlation coefficient) the following results were reached: 1.

The trends of the research sample towards the integrative numbers were positive while they were negative towards the consecutive numbers.

There are statistically significant differences in the trends of the research sample of those with human specializations in favor of the integrated preparation system, while there were differences in the trends towards the consecutive preparation system according to the years of university service in favor of those with the most service.

In light of the results and to supplement them, the researcher recommended the following: 1.

The colleges of education should continue to adopt the integrative system - after improving it and addressing its disadvantages - because it is the best and appropriate system for preparing its students at the level of colleges of education in Iraqi universities.1.

The necessity of creating a balance between academic preparation, vocational preparation and cultural preparation in the student preparation programs in the Faculties of Education.

He also suggested some proposals, including: Conducting a study to find out the difficulties that prevent the adoption of the sequential system in soil colleges.
