شكلت التحولات الكبرى للإقتصاد التركي نموذجا رائدا للكثير من الدول الساعية لتحقيق الوثبة التنموية و تجسيد التطور فكانت ميكانزمات هذا التحول هو الإهتمام و تشجيع الإستثمار بمختلف أنواعه هذا ما يهدف إليه هذا المقال من تبيان لدور و أهمية الإستثمار في خلق الثروة و إحداث التنمية حيث يعتبر الإستثمار أهم أداة لخلق الثروة المحلية عبر توطين المنشئات الإقتصادية في بيئة محلية تحتك مباشرة بالأفراد و إحتياجاتهم فتساهم في التوظيف و بعث الحركية التجارية و الخدمية و فك العزلة و ربط المناطق ببعضها هذه المعطيات جعلت من الإستثمار المحلي و الأجنبي أهم أداة من أدواة التنمية الشاملة و هذا ما خلص إليه هذا المقال من نتائج عبر تحديد العلاقة بين الإستثمار و التنمية في النموذج التركي
Abstract EN
The major transformations of the Turkish economy have been a pioneering model for many countries seeking to achieve development leapfrogging and the embodiment of development.
The mechanisms of this transformation were the interest and encouragement of investment of various types, especially local ones.
It is the most important tool for creating local wealth and for settling economic establishments in a local environment, Thus contributing to the employment and the revitalization of trade and service and the separation of isolation and linking regions, these data made local investment the most important tool of comprehensive development, and this is what we address in this intervention, by determining the relationship between investment and development in the Turkish Models.

: Les transformations majeures de l'économie turque ont constitué un modèle pionnier pour de nombreux pays qui cherchent à réaliser des progrès décisifs en matière de développement et à les incarner.
Les mécanismes de cette transformation ont été l'intérêt et l'encouragement de divers types d'investissements, en particulier locaux.
C'est l'outil le plus important pour créer de la richesse locale et pour s'installer dans un environnement local, contribuant ainsi à l'emploi et à la revitalisation du commerce et à la séparation de l'isolement et reliant des régions de développement global, et c'est ce que nous abordons dans cette intervention, en déterminant la relation entre investissement et développement dans les modèles turcs.
