This study aims to highlight the role of Islamic jurisprudence, and its ability to deal with contemporary developments, through the study of green marketing from a juristic perspective, where the study clarified the concept of green marketing and its origin and importance, as the study demonstrated the juristic perspective of green marketing by establishing the theoretical framework for this type of marketing And legal evidence related to it, as illustrated by examples of jurisprudential rules governing it.
