He is one of the powerful poets in colonial Algeria, He was best known for defending honor and supervision as an expression of rejection of the French hegemony over which he led the resistance.

The research aims to uncover the literary effects of Achour El-Khunaki as a tributary to the study of Algerian attitudes towards the colonizer.
