This research concerns the contributions of Western countries to the Islamic Waqf.

In my study, I began to make a statement about the meaning of the waqf in the language and the advanced jurists.

Then I went on to explain the contributions of Western countries to the Islamic Waqf Addressed to the statement of how to take advantage of the stay in the Western systems, and then mentioned the final conclusion in which the most important findings reached with the index index and references.
