تناولت في هذا البحث معنى استفتاء القلب و الألفاظ القريبة منه ثم بينت حكم استفتاء القلب وهل هو دليل مستقل يستند إليه في معرفة الحكم الشرعي و مذاهب العلماء في ذلك ثم أتيت على ذكر الحالات التي يرجع فيها إلى القلب ليستفتىى و يؤخذ بميله و ضوابط هذا الاستفتاء حتى يكون معتبرا

Research Summary: In this research, I examined the meaning of the referendum on the heart and the words that are close to it.
Then the ruling of the referendum of the heart showed, and is it an independent evidence based on knowledge of the shar'i ruling and the doctrines of the scholars? Be considerate.
