Abstract EN

This study is based on an attempt to show the historical development of epidemics towards scientific interpretation, or in other words the answer to the forms of its text as follows: How was a scientific interpretation of epidemics reached during the end of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries? As for geography, the nature of the research required us not to adhere to a specific geographical area, but when we are forced to give examples, we have - intentionally - focused on both Iraq and Morocco.

In our response to that shapes and the surrounding controls, we divided the research into three main points; In the first, we explained what is meant by the epidemic and the demographic, economic, political, social and psychological transformations resulting from it, and how their impact exceeds what is happening now as a result of the Krone pandemic.

These transformations have produced many points of view for us, we have categorized them in the second point in a direction that is predominantly metaphysical, due to the lack of God's consent to man, and we found that he refuses even to try to prevent it; In exchange for him, a second direction does everything necessary for prevention, taking the principle of precaution.

In the context of this intellectual dispute, we have shown, on the third point, the path that medicine used to reach a scientific explanation of the epidemics: that there is a relationship between it and animals, which is transmitted to humans through insects.
