The impact of the information system on public-sector performance in AlgeriaThe use of public-sector organization for the effective information systems would achieve its goals, the growing interest for these systems had increased because of its decisive role in the development and improvement of its services since these systems provide all appropriate information in the most suitable times for various administrative levels, so as to help all the missions and administrative functions, in addition to the improvement and development of the communication's traffic and the flow of information between those levels.

Therefore, this study is concerned with a statement an analysis if the impact of information system on the performance of the public utilities in Algeria, as well as, the identification to the extent of the efficiency and effectiveness of the used information system and to the extent benefits in taking administrative decisions for the benefits of these facilities and community in general
