This paper aims to recognize the problems of the school achievement at schools that confront psychological and social teachers subjects.
These tests were applied on random sample consisted of 60 male and female teachers (20 female teachers and 60male teachers).
The rate of sample community to the research community is 120 male and female teachers(% 51).
The researcher has prepared a list of affirming and calculating the specific problems at the field of creating the school achievements tests by relying on the previous studies and educational literature in the field of measurement and evaluation specially at the field of the school achievement tests, and it was discussed with a random sample consisted of 20 female and male teachers to understand its validity, accuracy and content, practicing range and using.
The terms of this tool which is consisted of 13 terms were presented to a group of experts and arbitrators to find out the face validity.
The amendment was made on some of the tests according to the remarks and opinions of those experts and arbitrators, and the coefficient reliability was extracted by using Test Re-Test and using Person equation, and the rate was 0, 95 and it is a good coefficient reliability.
The number of research terms tool is 13 terms, and before each term 3 alternatives to be answered which represent the research problem (big, medium, little).
The following scores have been given continually (1, 2, 3).
The medium hypothesis is 26 grade (theoretical).
The research results have been analyzed by using T test for two separate independent samples, and the main of these are: the specific problems at the field of creating achievement test that confront psychological and social subjects teachers are the same as the problems confront female teachers of the same subjects.
The number of problem is 13.
The researcher came up with many recommendations and suggestions.
