The research aims to- Construct an emotional change scale for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University.

- Identify the level of (degree) emotional change for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University.

- Set standard levels for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University on the scale of emotional change.

Descriptive method is used in the survey method The population consists of (420) students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, while the constructing sample includes (252) students representing approximately (60% ) as (45) students were selected from the constructing sample to conduct survey experiments of the scale and are eliminated from the research sample, (162) students to conduct the construct reliability (statistical analysis of paragraphs) (sample discrimination), and (45) students to extract the stability factor and are eliminated from the research sample, while the sample application consists of (168) students representing (40% ) of the research sample.

The emotional change scale is used as a data collection tool The construct procedures are: (determining the dimensions of the scale, determining the method of drafting the paragraphs of the scale, the formulation of paragraphs of each dimension in its primary form, as well as the adoption of scientific steps and procedures in the constructing of standards, which include the content validity and the face validity of the scale and construct reliability represented (statistical analysis of paragraphs) in the manner of the opposing groups and Internal consistency reliability, and the split-half reliability method.

The statistical methods used (arithmetic mean, mode, standard deviation, Carl Pearson's reagent, simple correlation coefficient, T-test, hypothetical medium, and percentage).
