The world has known many financial crises that had their affected on international financial and monetary systems.

Among the most important of these circumstances, we find the global financial crisis (2002-2009).

known as a crisis of first mortagages, but that has changed ta financial and economiv crisis.

The main reasons for the emergence of this crisis is the excessive expansion of bank debt secutritization of mortagages and real estate speculation on derivatives classified as the most important reasons and the main factors financial instruments that led to the emergence and transmission of the global financial crisis (2002- 2009) to the rest of the world.

At the and the secutritization trancsaction thar are developed from the work of financial markets, but their over-expansion led to the financial crisis which grouing gap between the real economy and financial economics.
