In order to protect this right, the Algerian legislator sought to provide him with a number of legal controls and procedures.

The right of judicial appeal was also granted as a mechanism guaranteeing the right of the candidate to consider the decisions of the administration before a judicial body that has the elements of impartiality and independence.

In spite of this, many of the violations and violations that obstructed the course of the parliamentary elections were recorded in the most important stages of the preparatory process, namely the candidacy process.
