And this may make these companies and its employees in a direct touch with some powerful people well protected by the international humanity law.

This protection may also give the opportunity to these people to practice some prohibitions, and not to apply the international law.

This is why many nations felt needing to progress in thinking about how to organize and limit the military companies tasks and duties.

Human right council that's related by the united nations organization was one of the important staff and bodies concerned by this topic, using mercenaries as a tool infringe human right and violate people right of deciding their social and political future, using also there international governmental team as a tool to give more details about the real tasks and duties of these security and military companies
