Abstract EN

This Study sheds light on Inspection per se an integral part therein Investigation detecting ambiguity of crime where legislations agreed with the provisions of Inspection along with purposes; however, there are difference therein procedures from one Law into another.

We elaborated how theAlgerianlawmaker followed Inspection in comparison with the Palestiniancounterpart.

This research shall indicate the similarities and points of differences between the two legislations and when it's permitted to inspect or not How Inspection shall be annulled since Inspection violatesInviolability of premises trespassingpersons; for example, female or woman shall not be inspected except by a woman.

Accordingly, all Legislations have agreedwith it in the modern era criminalized by the current Criminal Laws.
