It's undeniable the technological and digital development of society, we are in presence of super intelligent robots (Artificial Intelligence) that imitate human intelligence, which sometimes exceed and individualizes with their own decisions in this imaginary world.

The legal system did not regulate these cases, and special law known only a bilateral division adopted by the roman covenant (people and things) and everything that came out of this division is special cases.

In most countries, the law has not yet defined a regulation and controversy exists, with several academic and legal attempts to define its regulation and place, especially if it's a source of harm, by proposing to find a legal personification and a mechanism of responsibility without failures and other suggestions.
