Abstract EN

A stable marital life is supposed to be based on cooperation, affection and compassion between spouses, each contributing their time, effort and money in order to improve the standard of living of the family and the well-being of its members.

The wife often covers a certain financial aspect in family projects, such as building a house and buying a piece of land, a car, or valuable household items, especially if she is working.

However, upon divorce, or the death of the husband, the husband and his relatives deny the wife's sacrifices and prevent her from sharing the money earned during the marital life, claiming that she belongs to the husband.

Article 37 of the Algerian Family Code provides for the division of the common property acquired during marital life by determining the percentages to be paid to each party.

This is in case there is a legal basis, but it is socially known that most couples do not regisration these contributions.

How can it be proved as to the elimination of conflict? This research came to clarify the wife's contribution to the financial aspect of the family, and how to benefit from them when divorce or death.

Une vie conjugale stable est supposée être basée sur la coopération, l'affection et la compassion entre les époux.

L'épouse couvre souvent un certain aspect financier des projets familiaux, tels que la construction d'une maison et l'achat d'un terrain, d'une voiture ou d'articles ménagers de valeur, en particulier si elle travaille.

Toutefois, lors du divorce ou du décès du mari, celui-ci et ses proches nient les sacrifices consentis par la femme et l'empêchent de partager l'argent gagné au cours de la vie conjugale, prétendant qu'elle est la propriété du mari.

L'article 37 du Code de la famille algérien prévoit la répartition des biens communs acquis au cours de la vie conjugale en déterminant les pourcentages à verser à chaque partie, s'il existe une base légale, mais il est socialement reconnu que la plupart des couples ne documentent pas ces contributions.

Comment peuvent-ils être prouvés devant la justice en conflit? Cette recherche a permis d'expliquer les différents cas de la contribution de l'épouse à l'aspect financier de la famille et, comment les bénéficier en cas de divorce ou de décès.
