Algeria also has an infrastructure of several thousand kilometers of road, rail and many ports and airports.

However, by analyzing the legal provisions relating to investments after the amendment of the 2016 Constitution and by studying the reality of foreign investment in Algeria, we found that the development of the legal system and the increase of privileges and guarantees do not lead to attracting foreign investment, but creating an integrated investment climate that includes a supportive environment.
