The world is witnessing a set of transformations that change in the structure of the international system and affected the patterns of conflict management methods, especially after the end of the cold war, which is an important stage in the history of the conflict, have been marked by ideological conflict between the eastern camp led by the Soviet Union and the western camp, led by the United States of America, however the conflict taking new forms and dimensions after the end of the cold war and the emergence of the so-called new international order, where religion was a key engine of various conflicts, and therefore the concept of cultural conflict, the seriousness of this conflict lies in its use as an excuse to control the weak States, the dissemination of culture and values in the framework of civilized project in the face of Arab Islamic civilization, which fuelled conflicts in the world, thus, the civilized dialog remains the only solution of coexistence and peace among the different cultures and religions.
