Abstract EN

The Constitutional Amendment of 2016 came for the sake of strengthening and activating the role of the legislative authority in political life, to give an actual content to the constitution in order to insure the effectiveness of the legislative authority in the legislation, supervision and representation and to achieve the greatest possible coordination between the legislative and executive branches, which would consolidate the principle of separation of powers, which is considered as the cornerstone of the process of building pluralistic democracy.
