It shows how this shit and development in communication technologies change the way governments and diplomats select others to represent them through changing the international community's attitudes towards them.

This development in communication technology changes also the way international players contact each other by developing communication channels and connection speed.

The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive view of how the significant advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) affects diplomatic practice in general.
