Abstract EN

Electronic money is among the innovations created by technological advances so, it has raised in its various forms a number of legal and regulatory issues which should be taken care of, coinciding with the promulgation by the Algerian legislator of the Law on Electronic Commerce 05-18 so, a legal system of its own had to be created, the study also seeks to clarify the most important issues raised by Electronic money with presenting some policies relating to the legal and regulatory controls of such moneys, with a focus on determining the legal nature of its promulgation which has long been raised a great juristic controversy with regard to legal controls, which should be taken into account when developing legal legislation for electronique money.
