A summary: The principle of non- interference in the international affairs of the states is one of the major principles of international law.

This is also one of the main complement airy principles of sovereignity that gives the state the right of sovereignity over its interior and exterior space.

It is undoubtedly true that the international bill of rights has guaranteed these rights.

And it did not overlook the humanitarian aspect for its great importance, especially after the sad events of the first and Second World War.

There are some exceptions regarding this principle as it is stated in Charter of the United Nations.

These exceptions are known as the principle of humanitarian intervention.

Yet, adopting this principle has affected the interests of major powers.

This caused a danger to the stability of international relations that became an implementation of the law of the strong instead of law enforcement.
